The new harvest is in !!! This smooth extra virgin olive oil with a kick on the finish is produced in Nablus on the West Bank by a cooperative of farmers by all natural means. A certified Fair Trade product, it economically enables the farmers to employ more environmental friendly (and more expensive) methods of cultivation. Bold Nabali and Buttery Souri olives are blended to create a unique olive oil that delivers fresh olive flavor and an aromatic zing to everything it touches. This has become one of my favorite olive oils especially for saut?ing greens.
