Due to the nature of our products, which are near-expiry items offered at significant discounts, we have a specific return policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items with less than 14 days of expiry left cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@jazabi.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please follow our return process. To get a different product, you would need to place a new order.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Returns must be made to one of our designated distribution locations in Dubai. Please contact our customer service for the nearest return location.
If you cannot return the item yourself, you may opt for our collection service for a fee of 25 AED. Contact our customer service to arrange for collection.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
