  • Due to the nature of our products, which are near-expiry items offered at significant discounts, we have a specific return policy

    • Return Window

      You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    • Expiry Condition

      Items with less than 14 days of expiry left cannot be returned.

  • Damages and issues
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@jazabi.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on the situation.

  • Exchanges
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please follow our return process. To get a different product, you would need to place a new order.

    • Condition for Return

      Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

    • Return Locations

      Returns must be made to one of our designated distribution locations in Dubai. Please contact our customer service for the nearest return location.

    • Collection Options

      If you cannot return the item yourself, you may opt for our collection service for a fee of 25 AED. Contact our customer service to arrange for collection.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • The following items cannot be returned

    • Items with less than 14 days of expiry left.
    • Items not in their original packaging.
    • Products that have been opened or used.
    • Items purchased more than 7 days ago.
  • Refunds
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
